Work Environment: This position is primarily onsite, where you will collaborate closely with a team of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our home care setting allows for a personalized approach that fosters strong patient-therapist relationships and maximizes therapeutic outcomes. You will enjoy a work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic—all while delivering exceptional clinical care.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess the physical needs of patients, recognizing their objectives and requirements to formulate appropriate treatment plans. Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring dedicated attention and high-quality therapy sessions. Deliver cost-effective therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing clients' range of motion and functional mobility. Reduce reliance on medications by providing effective, non-surgical alternatives that promote healing and recovery. Create detailed, individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, ensuring evidence-based practice. Design tailored fitness and wellness programs, addressing the specific needs of each individual to enhance their health and functionality. Encourage and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve their functional goals. Foster a holistic approach to patient care by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, offering insights and advice to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor progress through regular evaluations, maintaining accurate records and effective communication with patients and team members. Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on orthopedic patients seeking outpatient care, predominantly covered by private medical insurance. You will engage with individuals who have diverse needs, from those recovering from surgeries to athletes seeking preventive care and performance enhancement. Our patients come to us seeking professional guidance and support to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required. Valid Physical Therapist license in California, with no record of board or disciplinary actions. Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques is essential. Experience in designing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings will be advantageous. Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based practices effectively.

Compensation and Benefits: Our competitive compensation package ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
