Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Qualifications:
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated People-oriented Ability to effectively relate to a customer Ability to multi-task Property & Casualty license must be obtained Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Bilingual - Spanish preferred Compensation $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
