About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring for our client, a well-established construction organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support entry-level recruiting and candidate engagement.

Job Description: This role will support recruiting from sourcing through interview coordination and onboarding, while partnering with recruiters and HR teams to deliver a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate phone and virtual interviews. Source candidates and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter. Conduct proactive outreach through calls and messaging. Assist with candidate screens and interviews. Create interview guides and recruiting materials. Partner with hiring teams on recruiting updates and needs. Support the applicant tracking system and assist internal users and candidates. Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate activity. Process candidate dispositions in line with OFCCP requirements. Manage recruiting referrals and route them to the appropriate recruiter. Coordinate pre-employment requirements and new-hire activities. Help provide a smooth candidate and onboarding experience.

Qualifications: 1+ year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with phone-based candidate outreach. LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities.
