This position conducts in-person ID compliance checks at convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and other participating retail locations. The purpose of the position is to help evaluate whether businesses are following applicable age-verification requirements when selling alcohol and tobacco products.

Job Duties: Compliance checks at retail locations. Assigned to store, restaurant, grocery store and act like purchasing items per instructions.

Experience Requirements: Talent must be 21-25 years old to participate. Requires reliable transportation, a valid form of identification, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures consistently. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Physical Capabilities: Must be able to sit in the car and drive the route. Physical requirements vary by assignment and will be discussed during the hiring process. Candidates should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
