Remote Software Engineering Program Leader

EDB is seeking a Program Manager II for a 100% remote role based in the United States. You will lead alignment across global engineering teams, manage a portfolio of technical programs, and run planning cycles, governance, and executive communications for the CTO and the Chief of Staff Office. You will report to a Senior Engineering Director and help drive data-informed decisions, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable program execution across the organization.
