Core Responsibilities: Outline Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT30 Minute Response TimePhone Answering SpeedWork in conjunction with HR on the acquisition and training of new team members Training and onboarding will be your responsibility, HR will be available to assist as a resource Creation of strategic quarterly sprints, designed to move the sales team forward, that will be reviewed in the Leadership Weekly Business Review (WBR) Development and implementation of an effective daily time zone Database management Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales PPT & Monthly Sales Reporting Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary Exhibit PowerPak Core ValuesKPI’sOverall Sales Order Accuracy Team ENPSPhone Answering SpeedDailyProvide motivation and resources for your team to hit their KPIsWork with HR & Management on any team member issues or concerns Provide training for all sales procedures Work in conjunction with Operations to resolve any logistical or operational customer issues Daily leadership and management of Inside Sales TeamAny additional duties that fall into your role
