Control Panel Assembler – 1st Shift – Arden – $16 PrideStaff is hiring for an Assembler position that performs a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of custom control panels. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work includes basic wiring tasks, component assembly and setup as well as panel wiring. This job requires a good understanding or willingness to learn how to read drawings and use hand tools :Assemble electrical panels according to drawings and wiring diagramsTerminate wire ends and add terminals as neededMark and drill hole in control panels as requiredDiagnose and assist with correcting any faults in control wiringAssist engineering and quality with final QC checksMaintain a safe and efficient work areaPerform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, working on multiple panels and projects simultaneouslyProvide clear and concise feedback to engineering on issues that arise during the panel build processQualifications: Ability to use basic measurement toolsAbility to perform basic mathAbility to use hand and power tools safely and efficientlyAbility to work overtime on occasion, depending on business needsAbility or willingness to learn to read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagramsStrong attention to detailTeam oriented with strong communication skillsPhysical Requirements: Ability to use hands to frequently cut, strip, crimp, bend and terminate wiresAbility to use hand tools frequentlyAbility to lift 50 lbsCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $16.00 All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
