Key responsibilities:
Develops informatics plans and data analysis to enhance evidence-based practices and optimize medication workflows
Consults with healthcare providers to evaluate and improve medication workflows and technology integration
Designs and implements electronic health record builds to improve patient care quality and safetyRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
Three years of experience as a pharmacist or completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics
Epic Willow certification preferred
Experience with medication records and automated dispensing systems
