Practice Description: The selected provider will split time between two premier hospital campuses located just 20 minutes apart, working within a collaborative care team model. Schedule & Clinical Setting Setting: Inpatient Hospital and attached Outpatient Surgery Centers. Shifts: Sunday through Saturday. Hours will consist of a variable combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. Daily Responsibilities & Case Load No OB responsibilities. Patient Census: Variable depending on daily operating room and surgical center assignments. Supervision Model: Operates under a 1:3 Medical Direction/Supervision model with attending physicians. EMR System: EPIC (Health Connect). Job Requirement: Scheduling Expectations: Exceptional flexibility is a core requirement. Candidates must be open to working a dynamic schedule spanning days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
