Director, Global Tax Provision & Financial Reporting

Regal Executive Search seeks a Director of Tax Provision to lead the worldwide ASC 740 tax provision and related financial statement disclosures. You will work with senior management and external auditors to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliant SOX controls. Qualified candidates have 15+ years in tax accounting, CPA and MST preferred, with deep ASC 740 knowledge, strong communication skills, and proven ability to manage tax risks and complex corporate transactions.
