Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor engineering/technical teams. Provide technical support for equipment, processes, reliability, and operations. Partner with Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Lead root cause investigations and reliability improvement initiatives. Support projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts. Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence. Communicate effectively with site leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong technical background in an industrial or process environment. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to balance technical priorities with safety, reliability, and business needs.
