Loader Operator

What You'll Do: Operate wheel loaders and other equipment to load and unload log trucks, dry kilns, and by-products. Support log yard and stave yard operations, including feeding the stave mill and pulling log tags. Assist with inventory handling, environmental cleanup activities, and general yard maintenance. Partner with log buyers, kiln personnel, and operations teams to support production needs. Maintain safe work practices and contribute to an organized, efficient work environment. Shift/Hours: 1st shift (6am-4:30pm) and 2nd Shift (11am-9:30pm) M-Thurs Qualifications/

Requirements: Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or outdoor work environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work safely in a physically demanding environment. Preferred Two or more years of experience operating a wheel loader or other heavy equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with team members across different departments.

Physical Requirements: Ability to operate industrial equipment as required. Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, kneel, squat, and work outdoors for extended periods. Culture and
