CMM Programmer | $36-$44/hr

What you'll be doing: Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs directly from 3D CAD models Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and capability studies Perform dimensional measurements using precision measurement tools Interpret statistical data (SPC) and communicate findings to engineering and production teams Support new product introductions through cross-functional collaboration Maintain CMM equipment calibration and safety compliance Machines, controls and software PC-DMIS CMM programming software, with programming directly from CAD models highly preferred.

What we're looking for: Required 3-5 years of hands-on CMM programming experience Demonstrated mastery of PC-DMIS software Blueprint and GD&T interpretation Manufacturing quality systems knowledge (SPC, control plans, PPAP) Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Strong written and verbal English communication Precision measurement tools operation Preferred Programming CMM inspection routines directly from CAD models Pay, benefits and schedule $36.00–$44.00 per hour, 1st shift, full-time.
