Member Experience Concierge

YMCA of Northwest North Carolina in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Representative to greet members, process registrations, and support orientation and engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with wellness staff to schedule uFit sessions, respond to inquiries, and assist with the Annual Giving Campaign, while upholding YMCA values and delivering excellent service to members and guests.
