Responsibilities: 1. Plan and implement phage display initiatives for discovering antibodies and engineering proteins.2. Assist in developing plans for producing recombinant membrane protein targets.3. Separate proteins and perform analytical tests for hit confirmation and validation.4. Aid in resolving issues and enhancing processes for protein engineering and purification.5. Participate in library design, creation, and screening activities.
Qualifications:
  • BS/MS in Protein Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
  • Team player with a passion for collaboration
  • Solid grasp of protein-protein interactions and antibody engineering concepts
Experience Required:
  • Hands-on involvement with phage display techniques
  • Proficiency in molecular biology methods (PCR, cloning, library assembly)
  • Knowledge of high-throughput screening and selection techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Additional Information: Full-time, permanent role. This opportunity can be for a Senior Research Associate, Associate Scientist, or Senior Associate Scientist.
