Solar Project Engineer - Field Construction Pro

Lancesoft is seeking a Solar Field Engineer to support large utility-scale solar construction projects across Virginia. The role requires 5–6+ years of relevant experience and ABET-accredited engineering education. Travel will be extensive as projects run site-to-site across the region. You will coordinate with EPCs, regulators, and internal teams to ensure technical integrity, schedule adherence, and safety compliance on multi-site solar builds.
