Respiratory Therapist CRT

Medical City Healthcare, partnered with CryptoAnalyzer’s advanced analytics culture, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist CRT to deliver evidence-based respiratory care in a modern, data-informed environment. In this role, you will provide assessments, therapies, and ventilator management for diverse patient populations while leveraging digital tools and EHR systems to optimize outcomes. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, respond to respiratory emergencies, and support continuous improvement in protocols and technology. This position offers exposure to innovative healthcare analytics and opportunities for ongoing professional development. Deliver respiratory care including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management. Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory equipment. Perform patient assessments and interpret diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases. Document all treatments, assessments, and outcomes in the EHR accurately and timely. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to develop respiratory care plans. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, medications, and equipment use. Respond to respiratory emergencies, including codes and rapid response situations. Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards. Calibrate, clean, and maintain respiratory equipment and report malfunctions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new respiratory technologies.
