Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Family Practice Discipline: Nurse Practitioner Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE. Monday through Friday, with 10 call days a month. You will work in Beaver Dam, WI. Be part of something remarkable. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: Provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care through a team-based, patient-centered approach Support general orthopedics and specialized serviced in hand and upper extremity care, joint revision, and foot and ankle surgery Assist with casting and x-ray Assist in the OR, along with IP rounding and clinic follow ups.
Education:
Minimum – If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program Licenses and Certifications: Minimum – If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APRN license in State of Wisconsin AND Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult/Gerontology Acute Care; Primary Care or other certifications with relevant previous inpatient experience.
