High-End Interior Designer - Residential & Commercial

Responsibilities: Work with clients and project teams to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for residential and commercial interiors. Develop design concepts and detailed floor plans, working with our AutoCAD and rendering departments to present ideas effectively. Select and source materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and artwork that balance aesthetics and functionality. Manage multiple projects and large budgets from conceptual design through completion. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the design is executed successfully.

Qualifications: Licensed professional with at least five years of high-end interior design experience across both residential and commercial projects. A strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery in both settings. Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, color theory, and lighting principles. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Bilingual skills are a plus.
