Remote District Sales & Operations Leader

Batteries Plus is seeking a District Sales and Operations Manager to oversee a multi-store district of corporate-owned stores, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction from a remote Columbus, Ohio area. You will develop store teams, coach managers, evaluate performance, and implement programs to boost profitability while ensuring safety and policy compliance. Travel up to 90% and overnight stays are required.
