Senior Care Sales Training Director

American Senior Communities is hiring a Director of Sales Training to lead the development and execution of innovative sales training programs across our organization. This role will strengthen the skills and performance of our Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams across all service lines. The Director will design ongoing onboarding and professional development programs, ensuring team members have the knowledge and resources to build relationships, drive referrals, and promote growth.
