Underwriting Intern: Real-World Insurance & Renewals

Burns & Wilcox, the flagship organization of the H.W. Kaufman Group, invites undergraduates to join a 12-week paid underwriting internship. The program develops business acumen, communication, and leadership through hands-on experience across multiple departments. Interns will work on-site in an office setting, 40 hours per week, in one of our specialty underwriting teams—commercial, personal, or professional lines—and gain exposure to senior leaders and a network of peers.
