Commercial Masonry Project Manager (Dimensional Stone)

Location: Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL

Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000/year

Role Summary: The Project Manager will serve as the company's point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the General Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule. Project Types: Commercial Masonry Projects – Education, Healthcare, Institutional, Mixed-Use, and Commercial Developments ($1M – $30M)

Job Responsibilities: Oversee stone veneer masonry projects Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project. Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery. Oversee and Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable. Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures Manage project deliverables Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting Qualifications/

Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction Exposure to/familiarity with masonry construction with a specialty in dimensional stoneBS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred NOT required.
