Coach leaders, project teams, and employees on problem-solving techniques, process optimization, and change management principles. Partner with stakeholders across the site to gain support for improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Track, analyze, and communicate project outcomes, performance metrics, and business impact to leadership.
