About the Role:
We are looking for a sales advisor who is able to service our existing clientele in a 100% remote setting. Sales advisor is provided leads and resources. This means NO cold calling and NO prospecting.
Responsibilities:
Enrolling Essential Workers in permanent insurance benefits that stay with them regardless if they’re employed, quit, or retire from their jobs.
Customizing programs to fit each family’s needs.
Working in a team setting to acquire real life sales experience as well as receive presentation, organizational, and direct communication experience.
Qualifications: The Ideal candidate would be:
- Comfortable with a remote setting
- Strong Communication skills
- Service-minded
- CoachableCompensation$70,000–$85,000+ on average first year agents
