This role combines instructional design, learning science, and program management to create engaging, scalable solutions aligned to business needs. The TPM partners with subject matter experts and global stakeholders to translate operational priorities into effective learning solutions across multiple modalities, while also owning delivery across internal teams and external LXD suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality output at scale.

You will create new users, adjust user statuses as needed, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, establish clear pathways for learners to submit feedback, and partner with the LMS vendor to address recurring problems and implement solutions that improve usability. Finally, you may support general Training Team administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Instructor-Led Training logistics, running LMS reports & manipulating data for business reviews. What you need to apply We’re seeking someone with 3+ years of experience in training program coordination, ideally with exposure to physical security or datacenter environments or corporate training and development.
