Home Health RN - Flexible Schedule & $3K Sign-On Bonus

Advocate Health is seeking an RN Home Health nurse in Macon, GA to manage a patient caseload in the home setting. This full-time role features 40 hours weekly, a weekday schedule, and on-call rotation after 5 PM on weekdays and some weekends/holidays. You will perform treatments, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, document care in the EMR, and ensure goals are met according to the plan of care. A BSN is preferred; current RN license and BLS are required.
