This role is responsible for maintaining fleet tractors and trailers clean, safe, and inspection-ready. Key requirements include a valid driver's license, general labor or wash bay experience, and the ability to operate or maneuver tractors and trailers safely.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay & Shift Premium: $22.29/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential. Bonuses & Profit Sharing: Annual ROA Bonus (historically averaging up to 33%) and annual Profit-Sharing contributions.
