VP of Corporate Development Opportunity - Private Equity Backed Specialized Industrial Services Platform - Aggressive M&A

Our client is a middle market private equity sponsor with a successful track record of building out highly active M&A teams to establish platform of scale in highly fragmented industries. We’re seeking a VP of Corporate Development to drive M&A efforts and quarterback the deal process at a brand new platform that’s focused on specialized facility services. This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of a buy-and-build strategy, with M&A at the core of the investment thesis and significant runway to build the platform through acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading M&A transactions in the lower middle market with a preference for individuals who have experience in B2B industrial or commercial services. This role will be remote and so candidates can reside anywhere in the US. Compensation will include uncapped deal bonuses and equity. The anticipated base salary is $200,000.00 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
