Responsibilities:
Asa Manufacturer Supervisor in the Sorting and Finishing Department, your role encompasses a range of crucial responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Safety and Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of safety and awareness within the department.
Directly supervise team members to achieve expected levels of safety, quality, and productivity.
Lead injury investigations and ensure accurate root cause identification and correction. Training and Development: Oversee all training initiatives, including safety training, for new hires.
