This role designs, develops, and evaluates scalable learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, and more, partnering with SMEs and leaders. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on design, applying ADDIE/ISD, Articulate 360, and LMS expertise while managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
