This role focuses on providing high-quality anesthesia care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a collaborative, team-based environment. Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for neonatal and pediatric patients Collaborate with supervising Anesthesiologists on care plans Manage anesthesia through induction, maintenance, and emergence Utilize EPIC EMR system Deliver patient- and family-centered care

Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Graduate of an accredited AANA-approved Nurse Anesthesia program Current CRNA certification Active Ohio license or willingness to obtainPALS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal or pediatric anesthesia experience (not required)Open to new graduates
