Roadway Design Intern Civil Engineering

WSP USA, part of WSP Global Inc., is seeking a Full-Time Civil Engineering Intern to join our Tempe, AZ office for the 12-week summer program beginning May 17, 2027. You will work with senior engineers on transportation projects across Arizona, learning roadway design and project documentation practices. The role supports design tasks, field work, and calculations, with exposure to MicroStation, OpenRoads, and Civil 3D, under mentorship from experienced staff.
