About the Consultant role:
As a Consultant, you will works closely within teams and clients to lead primary and secondary research, develop logical and insightful qualitative and quantitative analyses, and create innovative and effective recommendations.
To succeed in this role, you will:
Contribute to day-to-day management of 3+ projects, guide overall strategic direction and delegation of tasks to team members, parachute where needed across workstreams to streamline executionBe responsible for timely and successful project executionProvide direct feedback to junior staff to support career development goalsSupport client relationships, fulfill client requests and begin to forecast future project needsAid in developing project proposals and capabilities decks to support overall firm developmentCommunicate clearly with senior project managers on project responsibilities, progress, alignment to timeline, and bandwidth of teamsOther duties as assignedRequirements

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
