Apply for this role →Overseeing daily workflow and productivity, the full-time Order Processing Supervisor will manage a team of Order Documentation Specialists to ensure accurate and timely documentation reviews while providing training, coaching, and quality oversight in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and balance the team workload to ensure timely completion of documentation reviews and related tasks
Provide coaching and training to specialists on documentation standards, payer requirements, and workflow expectations
Monitor team performance metrics and conduct quality reviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvementRequired qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant healthcare coursework preferred
Minimum of five years of experience in reviewing and interpreting healthcare documentation
At least three years of supervisory or training experience in the US Healthcare space
Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and relevant healthcare documentation systems
