Director of Rooms: Guest Experience Leader

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Director of Rooms to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Laundry operations. You will collaborate with the General Manager on projects and manage performance across all Rooms Division functions, including PBX, Concierge, and Bell Staff. As a member of the executive team, you will lead with love, drive guest satisfaction, and align teams to the resort’s standards and budget targets while delivering exceptional experiences across our properties.
