Lead specialty pharmacy programs from pre-launch through stabilization Align program, operational and cross-functional teams around launch priorities Identify risks, process gaps and barriers before they affect execution Strengthen manufacturer relationships and participate in business reviews Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable improvements Standardize workflows and improve collaboration across teams Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Program Management team Provide leadership with updates on performance, risks and opportunities What You Bring8–10 years of relevant professional experience 3–5 years of people-leadership experience Specialty pharmacy program management and implementation expertise Experience supporting product launches and manufacturer relationships Knowledge of customized patient-support services Strong analytical, client-management and operational problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously Ability to travel 20–30% Rare or orphan-disease experience Hub services or manufacturer patient-support experience
