Chief Advancement & Impact Officer

Our Children's Trust seeks a Chief Advancement Officer to lead the organization's public presence, fundraising strength, and long-term sustainability. This senior leader will align engagement, fundraising, and communications with OCT's youth-centered mission and litigation priorities. The CAO partners with the Executive Director to transform legal victories into philanthropic support, scale programs, and ensure operational excellence through trauma-informed leadership.
