Senior Audit Manager – Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution

Compensation: Up to $140,000 base salary, DOEOverview An established, locally owned CPA and business advisory firm is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join its growing team. This role will manage both clients and staff across several industry niches, including Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Individual/Estate/Gift, playing a key role in delivering high-quality audit and advisory services.

What you'll do: Perform field work for audits, reviews, and compilations Prepare financial statements with full disclosures Plan, supervise, and complete routine engagements Supervise other accountants of varying levels of proficiency and experience Review work performed by other accountants Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients Assist with firm administrative functions as needed

Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience Active CPA license Self-motivated with strong team orientation Excellent communication skills Strong analytical skills Experience preparing financial statements and income tax returns High understanding of GAAP and special purpose frameworks High understanding of GAASAt least a limited understanding of GAGAS / Yellow Book Experience with financial statement compilation, both with and without notes Experience with financial statement audits and reviews
