Job Description Description: Looking for a manufacturing engineer with existing experience in designing manufacturing processes and preparing shop floor instructions for machining a wide variety of complex parts to meet customer blueprints and specifications. We make parts for oil & gas, aerospace, semiconductor, defense, automotive, nuclear, and many other industries. Need to be familiar with materials such as various grades of Inconel/Incoloy/Hastelloy, Titanium, non-magnetic stainless steels, Monel, Stellite, Haynes, etc. Responsible for Design of step by step machining process: machine selection, run-time estimation, planning with GD&T in mind Preparation of working plans & instructions Quotation for manufacturing process Preparation of manufacturing drawings using Solidworks Software Continually looking for ways to improve on existing processes Root cause analysis / troubleshooting on shop floor Designing custom fixtures and tooling Formulating repair proposals Communicating with customers and suppliers
Requirements
Education: High School Required, Trade/Vocational/College Preferred
