Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Float Registered Nurse in Madison, WI. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in various Med/Surg units, including cardiac, spine, and neuro. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while adapting to the dynamic needs of the facility.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry units. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed. Document patient care and communicate effectively with team members.Requirements:Valid WI RN or compact license required. BLS certification from AHA required. Epic experience is required. Experience working in different Med/Surg units (cardiac, spine, neuro).Traveler must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting. This position involves 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, with every other weekend and holidays as applicable to operations.
