Role Responsibilities: Inventory TrackingAssist in tracking and documenting slow-moving or obsolete inventory for sell-off. Strategy ExecutionSupport the Associate Inventory Planner in executing sell-off strategies by maintaining organized records and updating inventory reports. Fulfillment OptimizationHelp identify and flag inventory movement bottlenecks and communicate issues to the team. Data AnalysisPerform data entry and basic analysis to support forecasting efforts for inventory sell-off. ReportingAssist in maintaining accurate reporting tools to track inventory flow and sell-off performance. CommunicationCommunicate inventory updates and status changes to cross-functional teams as needed. Operational SupportProvide general administrative support to the Inventory Planning team, including organizing reports, scheduling meetings, and tracking key tasks. Role QualificationsExperienceBackground in inventory management, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required. Analytical SkillsBasic analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn demand planning and inventory flow principles. CollaborationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment. CommunicationStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. Work StyleDetail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Software & ToolsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other inventory tracking tools is a plus.
