Capital Markets Associate

Our client'sCapital Marketsdepartment is seeking a junior to mid-level attorney to support theircommercial mortgage securitization practice. Familiarity withcommercial real estateis preferred but not necessary. This attorney will be interacting with clients and responsible for drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials. Idealcandidates should have 2+ years of real estate lending and/or capital markets experience. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $430,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience.
