We are looking for aSenior Manager – Technology Advisoryto lead complex Talent Acquisition technology advisory and transformation engagements. This role combinesTA Technology expertise, technology consulting, client management, program delivery, commercial ownership, and people leadership. You will advise clients on TA technology strategy, implementations, optimizations, diagnostics, and transformation initiatives, while leading teams and managing senior client and technology partner relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead complexTA technology implementations, optimizations, diagnostics, and transformation projectsfrom scoping through completion.
- Provide strategic advisory acrossATS and Talent Acquisition technology ecosystems, processes, integrations, and operating models.
- Lead technology workstreams within broader transformation, outsourcing, or recruitment technology programs.
- Manage projectscope, timelines, budget, quality, resources, risks, issues, and commercial performance.
- Lead discovery, strategy, and design workshops with clients and technology partners.
- Translate business and recruitment requirements intotechnology solutions, process improvements, and actionable recommendations.
- Support technology assessments, roadmaps, system optimization, integrations, data migration, testing, and implementation planning.
- Own project governance, including
- Steering Committees, MBRs, QBRs, status reporting, change control, and escalation management.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, technology partners, and internal leadership.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery, technology, and client issues.
- Lead, coach, and develop Managers, Consultants, and other project team members.
- Manage resource planning, capacity, utilization, forecasting, and team performance.
- SupportSOW development, scoping, pricing, proposals, business development, and commercial opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell.
- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and development of TA Technology Advisory capabilities and methodologies.
Skills & Requirements:
Significant experience inTechnology Consulting, Technology Advisory, TA Technology, or Digital Transformation.
Smart:
Recruiters CL4 experience is highly preferred — the greater the exposure, the better. Hands-on experience withATS platforms, ideally including:

Experience leading complex technology projects or client engagements.
Strong project/program management, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.

For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $USD140,000 - $USD170,000 plus applicable benefits.
