Job Description: Manage patient accounts related to billing, payments, and financial responsibility Review and verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits Process and post payments, adjustments, and refunds accurately Provide clerical and administrative support to the billing/finance department Maintain organized, accurate records and documentation of account activity Enter and update patient account information in EMR/billing systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
