Our team provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, crowns & bridges, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care. 9830 Auburn Rd., Ste. 103, Fort Wayne, IN 46825 Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM Compensation $155,000 $215,000+ annually Up to 35% of collections
