Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor sales teams across multiple locations Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews Set measurable sales goals and hold team accountable Regional Account Management: Manage key fleet accounts and relationships Drive pricing strategy and retention initiatives Identify and execute territory growth opportunities Operational Coordination: Partner with branch managers and service teams Monitor market and competitor activity Administration & Compliance: Prepare forecasts and performance reports Ensure CRM accuracy and quoting compliance
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
