M&A & Corporate Transactions Associate

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is seeking a transactional associate attorney to support the corporate and business transaction group. The successful candidate will assist with mergers and acquisitions, liability matters for closely-held businesses, and formation and governance issues for owners. Responsibilities include drafting buy/sell agreements and other transaction documents, analyzing business legal problems, and collaborating with attorneys and clients to solve client issues.
