- Our client, a family-owned pest control business, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. They are growing and looking for someone who can understand and contribute to their mission.
- Salary/Hourly Rate$25/hrPosition Overview
- The Customer Service Representative will respond to client requests via phone and email. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential to work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Representative
- Answer phone and email inquiries from customers to place orders.
- Update and maintain order information within the CRM system.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Handle outbound sales calls to drive business.
- Required Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience is required.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle difficult situations, solve problems, and provide white-glove customer service.
- Preferred Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative
- Knowledge of pest control is a plus.
Education Requirements: High school diploma is required.
