Car Wash Customer Service Representative

Welcome and assist customers throughout the carwash experience Operate POS system, handle cash and credit transactions accurately Explain wash packages, promotions, and membership options Guide vehicles safely into wash lanes and maintain traffic flow Monitor wash quality and promptly address customer concerns Maintain a clean, safe site, including equipment and common areas Follow all safety and operational procedures and checklists Collaborate with team members and support daily goals Participate in training and development activities customer service point-of-sale (POS) operation cash handling basic math vehicle traffic directing safety and cleanliness procedures conflict de-escalation communication teamwork time management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license preferred CPR/First Aid a plus Customer service or retail training a plus
